Xchanger 1.16 released

What's new on 1.16
- NEW setting: "Update rates on start", now Xchanger can update rates automatically everytime you start Xchanger ("Yes"/"No").
- NEW setting: "Default amount", same as "Default currency" setting, use to make adding a new conversion easier by set the default amount.
- NEW: now Xchanger have an indicator to tell you that the rate is going up (green up arrow), going down (red down arrow), or not change (blue circle). Please note that this indicator is based on data you have downloaded before (store on your phone) and NOT from actual market.
- Fixed some bugs (regarding editing conversion)
