* Add new currency support :
- BOV, CHE, CHW, CLF, COU, CUC, MXV, SSP, USN, USS, UYI, XBA, XBB, XBC, XBD, XDR, XFU, ZMW
* Delete inactive currency :
- EEK (replaced by EUR), LVL (replaced by EUR), ZMK (replaced by ZMW)
