What's new on 1.14
- Add new menu "Conversion > Delete all", use it to delete all conversion from the list.
- Now adding new conversion more easier using "Add new conversion" from the list, no need to go to the "Options > Conversion > Add"
- Fix some user interface minor issue with touchscreen devices (S60 5th devices).
