Hi Ian,

Since this application is a freeware, I can't signed it as a trusted application (symbiansigned.com), that's why you got that error message during installation.

But you still can use it by do the following :
1. Make sure your date & time setting is correct (set to your current date/time)
2. Open an application called "Application manager" or "App. manager" or "App. mgr." or something like that, sometimes you can found it in the same folder as messaging application, sometimes it located under "Tools" folder or another folder.
3. On "Application manager" application, press "Options" > "Settings" and the setting page will appear.
4. Change the setting for "Software installation" from "Signed only" to "All".
5. Press "Back" and then "Exit" from the "Application manager".
6. Try to install "Xchanger" again.

Hope this help.

I just installed Xchanger application to my Nokia E71 fist time. But after the installation when I tried to open the Xchanger it did not open. What may cause the problem?

Thanks

Hi Ali,

Many things can happened, We also don't know for now.

But we can do something to figure out.

Please drop us a line at our email : soft.titus@gmail.com.

After we received your email, we will send you a debug version of Xchanger (with logging turn on), so if there is something wrong (e.g. : crash), we will know where it's happened.
